Clive Mecham serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Enviro Care. He has over 35 years of experience in the environmental services industry; working on projects ranging from site investigations and remediation, to risk assessment, hazard analysis, hazardous materials management, permitting, and occupational safety and health. Clive’s technical expertise is industrial hygiene and health and safety, and his business expertise includes business leadership and management, strategic planning, and organizational growth and development. He has served in Executive Leadership positions to include executive operations, corporate officer functions, and executive boards. Clive is a Diplomat of the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH), a Fellow of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), and maintains membership within the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), and the Society for Mining and Exploration (SME). Clive’s personal interests include spending time with family, outdoor adventures and motorcycles. His most important “learned life value“ is to value being part of a team committed to inspiring and strengthening each other; through trust, humility, and honesty. Clive earned a B.S. in Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Safety and Health from Utah State University.
Josh Greenwood serves as the Operations Manager for Enviro Care. He has 10 years of experience working in the environmental services industry and on Waste Transportation programs. His technical expertise is centered around hazardous Waste Transportation, regulatory interpretation and compliance; including Department of Transportation laws and regulations, RCRA Law, TSCA, and hazardous waste determination and associated analytical requirements. Prior to assuming his role as Operations Manager, Josh managed diverse environmental projects, ranging from chemical transfer and lab packing operations, to site remediation projects, tank cleanouts, and large HAZCAT® projects. In addition to his professional work commitments, Josh serves a community resource by sharing advice to local residents on proper household hazardous waste storage and disposal. His personal interests include, camping with family, golf, and fishing. Josh’s most important value in life is “family first”. He holds a degree in Environmental Technology from Salt Lake Community College.
Ron Henderson serves as the Director of Business for Enviro Care. He has over 16 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry, working hand in hand with clients on large remediation projects. Before joining Enviro Care, Ron’s professional work has taken him from across the Southern and Eastern Seaboards of the United States, while removing biological and airborne contaminants. Ron holds a Master Certification with the IICRC and is a Certified Mold Remediator. He has worked closely with FEMA on large catastrophe events and spent 5 months in New Jersey remediating biological damage from Hurricane Sandy. Ron’s personal interests include spending time with his wife and three children, hiking, sports, and serving in the community. His most important “learned life value” was taught to him by his College Basketball Coach who would always say, “How you do anything, is how you do everything”. Ron is an Eagle Scout, who earned an Associate’s Degree from Lenoir Community College and studied Industrial Engineering at North Carolina State University.
Alan Truesdale serves as the Industrial Operations Manager for Enviro Care. Before entering the civilian world, Alan dedicated over 20 years in the United States Marine Corps being honorably discharged in 2007. He has decades of experience in the environmental services industry.
Alan worked with the Department of Defense and the Marine Corps on multi-functional emergency management operations around the globe, to include hazardous material management and explosives disposal. Alan also worked on chemical and biological defense teams within the United States and NATO forces abroad. Throughout Alan’s extensive military career, he was often assigned to help evaluate and establish emergency management standards, set up chemical weapons defenses to meet mission and operational support of U.S. and Multi-National Division forward operation bases. Alan’s personal interests include spending time with his family in the great outdoors and working closely with many non-profit organizations that are veteran-focused.
Alan earned a B.S. in Human Services and an Associate Degree in Emergency Management from Colorado Technical University
John Hart serves as a Senior Sales Executive and Account Manager for Enviro Care. He has over 39 years of experience in the environmental services industry, working on large environmental remediation projects, Federal and Local Government contracts, and projects consisting of hazardous material management, shock sensitive chemical explosive and propellants disposal. John has experience working with the DEA and Local County Agencies as a certified clandestine drug laboratory responder, and has been involved with numerous chemical and petroleum incidents. He currently serves as Chair on the Advisory Committee for Utah DEQ and State Emergency Response Commission (SERC). John’s personal interests include spending time outdoors with his family, being a city league coach and mentor to kids within the local community. Integrity and the ability to uphold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards are his core beliefs. John earned a B.S. in Anthropology from Weber State University.
Rebekah Bradford Plath serves as the Director of Marketing and Executive Assistant to the CEO for Enviro Care. She has 10 years of experience in project management and program development. As a 2010 Olympian MBA student, Rebekah adds value to the inner workings and dynamics at Enviro Care. She enjoys creating things, ranging from DIY (Do It Yourself) projects and implementing new processes at work; serving the community, athletics and loving her husband. She is an advocate for blood clot awareness and serves as an ambassador for Health and Wellness and SafeSport. Rebekah’s personal motto is to stand up after you fall and do the next right thing.
Ivan Ayers serves as a Field Services Supervisor and Project Manager for Enviro Care. He has over 28 years of experience working in the environmental services industry. Over the years he has been instrumental in the cleanup of numerous major pipeline breaks where crude oil and diesel fuels had been released into the community. Ivan has experience in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) identification and transportation, methamphetamine lab investigations and mitigations, and chemical warfare materials management. He is trained as an EMT and certified as a Hazmat Technician. Ivan enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing. Family and friends are the cornerstone of who he is and what motivates him.
David Lee Meadows serves as a Project Manager for Enviro Care. He has over 8 years of experience in field service, emergency response, and heavy equipment operations. David’s expertise in environmental services includes large oil spills, pipeline breaks, large acid spills, water deployments, fuel and crude oil tank cleaning, and jet fuel tank cleaning. Because of his knowledge in PCB cleanup, David joined the Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts in 2012. David is certified in both confined space work and confined space rescue and trained by the ATC for Combination Welding.
David loves to spend time with his family and best friend, his wife, of 30 years. He enjoys camping, fishing and being outdoors in nature. David believes that one must temper strength with mercy, wisdom with humbleness and love with patience to remain teachable in all things. This is the path to success.
Adam Salinas serves as an Emergency Response Supervisor and Project Manager for Enviro Care. He has over 11 years of experience working in hazmat emergency response and industrial services. Special projects have included small and large petroleum, mercury, acidic/ caustic releases, bio hazardous material, and cleaning of storage tanks and rail cars. Adam’s personal interests include spending time with his children, and most outdoor activities, including baseball, fishing and camping. One of his life’s take-a-ways is, “never stop believing in yourself.”
Michele Mickelsen serves as the Business Leader in our Elko division. She has 12 years of experience in the mining industry and 11 years of experience in safety compliance. Michele’s technical expertise is in underground industrial hygiene, health and safety, and animal health. Michele serves on the following committees: MSHA Surface and Underground Trainer, OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer (OSHA 500 and 510), OSHA 30 General Industry, Fall Protection Instruction, Advanced Safety Certificate, and Industrial Hygiene (AIHA). Michele has three horses and three Border Collies, and in her spare time, she can be found working on ranches, helping 4-H kids as a certified dog obedience instructor and Search and Rescue. Both of her work dogs are now retired and enjoy life as a certified therapy dog visiting hospitals and rehab centers. Michele enjoys the environment by being in the mountain on her horse with her dog, either in Nevada or Montana.
Mary Wassom serves as the Office Manager for Enviro Care in our Elko division. She has 10 years of experience in mining industry, customer service, and daily administrative operations. Mary is trained as an EMT and First Responder. She has a passion to someday obtain her Paramedic certification. Mary enjoys the environment by caring for her horses and barrel racing, hunting and fishing. She is also an inventor at heart and currently has a patent pending. Mary is motivated to be better today than yesterday.
