Clive Mecham serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Enviro Care. He has over 35 years of experience in the environmental services industry; working on projects ranging from site investigations and remediation, to risk assessment, hazard analysis, hazardous materials management, permitting, and occupational safety and health. Clive’s technical expertise is industrial hygiene and health and safety, and his business expertise includes business leadership and management, strategic planning, and organizational growth and development. He has served in Executive Leadership positions to include executive operations, corporate officer functions, and executive boards. Clive is a Diplomat of the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH), a Fellow of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), and maintains membership within the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), and the Society for Mining and Exploration (SME). Clive’s personal interests include spending time with family, outdoor adventures and motorcycles. His most important “learned life value“ is to value being part of a team committed to inspiring and strengthening each other; through trust, humility, and honesty. Clive earned a B.S. in Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Safety and Health from Utah State University.
Josh Greenwood serves as the Operations Manager for Enviro Care. He has 10 years of experience working in the environmental services industry and on waste management programs. His technical expertise is centered around hazardous waste management, regulatory interpretation and compliance; including Department of Transportation laws and regulations, RCRA Law, TSCA, and hazardous waste determination and associated analytical requirements. Prior to assuming his role as Operations Manager, Josh managed diverse environmental projects, ranging from chemical transfer and lab packing operations, to site remediation projects, tank cleanouts, and large HAZCAT projects. In addition to his professional work commitments, Josh serves a community resource by sharing advice to local residents on proper household hazardous waste storage and disposal. His personal interests include, camping with family, golf, and fishing. Josh’s most important value in life is “family first”. He holds a degree in Environmental Technology from Salt Lake Community College.
Ron Henderson serves as the Director of Business for Enviro Care. He has over 16 years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry, working hand in hand with clients on large remediation projects. Before joining Enviro Care, Ron’s professional work has taken him from across the Southern and Eastern Seaboards of the United States, while removing biological and airborne contaminants. Ron holds a Master Certification with the IICRC and is a Certified Mold Remediator. He has worked closely with FEMA on large catastrophe events and spent 5 months in New Jersey remediating biological damage from Hurricane Sandy. Ron’s personal interests include spending time with his wife and three children, hiking, sports, and serving in the community. His most important “learned life value” was taught to him by his College Basketball Coach who would always say, “How you do anything, is how you do everything”. Ron is an Eagle Scout, who earned an Associate’s Degree from Lenoir Community College and studied Industrial Engineering at North Carolina State University.
Sam Johnson serves as the Environmental Health and Safety Director for Enviro Care. She has over 5 years of experience working with environmental companies on safety and compliance practices and procedures. She has been involved with profiling and treatment of hazardous waste, safety and environmental inspections, accident investigation and prevention, and updating internal policies and procedures. Her technical expertise is in safety, occupational health, Industrial hygiene, and chemistry. She is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). Sam’s personal interests include traveling, spending time with family, crafts and science. Her most important life’s lesson is, “the danger you least expect may suddenly present itself, be prepared for the unexpected.” Sam earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Utah, and is completing her MPH in Occupational and Environmental Health from Tulane University.
Tuffer Patrick serves on the Business Development Team and Special Projects Coordinator for Enviro Care. He has 8 years of experience working in the environmental services industry, and has contributed to field projects, transportation programs, and the development of an exceptional work environment and team culture. Tuffer’s personal interests include vacationing with his family, supporting and coaching his children in sports, and finding time to enjoy life’s experiences. His most important “learned life value“ is to be humble and kind to others; both in the professional environment as well as in personal endeavors. Tuffer is willing to take on any assignment and views Enviro Care’s personnel to be our most important resource.
John Hart serves as a Senior Sales Executive and Account Manager for Enviro Care. He has over 39 years of experience in the environmental services industry, working on large environmental remediation projects, Federal and Local Government contracts, and projects consisting of hazardous material management, shock sensitive chemical explosive and propellants disposal. John has experience working with the DEA and Local County Agencies as a certified clandestine drug laboratory responder, and has been involved with numerous chemical and petroleum incidents. He currently serves as Chair on the Advisory Committee for Utah DEQ and State Emergency Response Commission (SERC). John’s personal interests include spending time outdoors with his family, being a city league coach and mentor to kids within the local community. Integrity and the ability to uphold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards are his core beliefs. John earned a B.S. in Anthropology from Weber State University.
Adam Salinas serves as an Emergency Response Supervisor and Project Manager for Enviro Care. He has over 11 years of experience working in hazmat emergency response and industrial services. Special projects have included small and large petroleum, mercury, acidic/ caustic releases, bio hazardous material, and cleaning of storage tanks and rail cars. Adam’s personal interests include spending time with his children, and most outdoor activities, including baseball, fishing and camping. One of his life’s take-a-ways is, “never stop believing in yourself.”
Ivan Ayers serves as a Field Services Supervisor and Project Manager for Enviro Care. He has over 28 years of experience working in the environmental services industry. Over the years he has been instrumental in the cleanup of numerous major pipeline breaks where crude oil and diesel fuels had been released into the community. Ivan has experience in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) identification and transportation, methamphetamine lab investigations and mitigations, and chemical warfare materials management. He is trained as an EMT and certified as a Hazmat Technician. Ivan enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing. Family and friends are the cornerstone of who he is and what motivates him.
Dino Chavez currently serves as our Transportation/Logistics Manager for our Elko Operations. He has 26 years of experience in the transportation industry. Dino comes to Enviro Care with extensive experience in freight hauling, hazardous materials management, oilfield and mining logistics. In his spare time he dedicates time to work with the homeless in whatever capacity needed. He enjoys camping, hiking, traveling and exploring. Dino’s primary life’s take-a-way is, “never stop learning; but more importantly, never stop learning.”
Tony Del Rosso serves as a Project Manager for Remediation serves at Enviro Care. He has 10 years of experience working with environmental soil remediation and site restoration, but has over 20 years of experience in heavy equipment operations. Tony’s personal interests include spending time with his kids, camping and hiking. If you were to ask Tony what he values and what serves as a foundational life principal, he will say, “live in the moment because you never know what tomorrow may bring.”
George Pasalano serves as a Project Manager within our Waste Management Department at Enviro Care. He has 12 years of experience working with the management and transportation of waste. He has contributed to many projects dealing with lab packs, emergency responses, major pipeline releases, DEA meth and fentanyl labs, and RCRA regulated waste streams. George is an avid bowler, fisherman and golfer. His important “learned life value” is “never rush; but move forward with a purpose.”
